Get your garden scissors ready.

The difference between floral fragrance and floral fragrance is a universally recognized truth. The vast majority, yes, floral prints are gorgeous-but if designers are not vigilant, they will soon turn to the field of wallpaper and sofa fabrics. So, I took a pair of symbolic garden scissors eagerly to participate in this week's Project Runway.

In episode 4 "Flower Power", our remaining designers are asked to create their own floral fabrics, drawing inspiration from Lewis Miller’s installation, which is the mastermind behind "Flower Power", the artist’s main part in decorating Manhattan Products-trucks, stop signs, traffic lights, and even trash cans-blooming flowers. From the moment they saw the piles of stalks in the entire studio, young hopeful people screamed in excitement, but they only had an hour and a half to make their prints with the graphic designer.

My daughter Anna plunged into arts and crafts, soaked her flowers in paint, and printed them on paper, while Christina was lying on the sidewalk. Katie threw a bunch of flowers into the air and let She filmed during the flight. Shantall chose the plaid print as the background for her layered petals; Katie drew a palette from the pointy cushion-shaped protein powder. Sabrina is trying something similar to "deconstructing poppies", and Chasity blends feminine pink and purple with the rough texture of leather and grommet.

Then, of course, Darren. "SpongeBob is my brother," he explained his design inspiration as: graffiti-like hippie flowers on bikini bottoms. He didn't go further into why this particular image bothered him, only that the design for SpongeBob SquarePants was "dream, man!" Even if I shook my head in confusion, part of me must be thinking, I mean, the same?

The next morning, after the designers took a break and shared a few green juices, they would be taken back to the studio, where they found the special courier rolled into a package at their station. Each of them was presented with five yards of fabrics of their own design. If you have ever tried the wool tie blankets beloved by those sisterhoods, then you know-not as much as it sounds.

Back in the process of finding clothes to go visceral, Christian is definitely a member of this episode. When he jumped from one table to another, he discovered new and creative ways of torture. Aaron's yellow pale shirt is "Old St. John's taken out of the trash by my mother". Katie's clown pants are "Doris Day to the mall". Prajje's print is a bit "sofa style", while Kristina's robe is "bag lady with high-end custom fabric". In the end, Christian reunited with the troubled admirer Darren, telling him in time that the designer dress seemed to fit a certain kind of Palm Beach woman, "She drank too much alcohol and is now a little dizzy."

"Maybe you like a drunk girl," Christian suggested, in an impolite compliment.

"I'm a drunk girl," Darren said with obvious joy.

"Maybe this is your challenge!"

Alas, we will come back to this point later.

However, what is interesting is that this episode of Christian wandering around in the studio, it inadvertently caused the collapse of no less than two designers. (Clearly, it’s not Christian’s fault. His suggestion is correct. The implementation of his suggestion is what caused his trainees to fall apart at the seams.) When he suggested that Katie give up her clown pants for one. In a high-waisted dress, she almost tried to tear her fabric into pieces, trying to assemble a pleated miniskirt that resembled a rumpled grocery bag. When he was worried that Sabrina’s empowered burqa and jumpsuit emphasized the crotch too much, she chose a wide skirt instead of adjusting her fabric gracefully.

"You make me nervous about the jingle here," Sabrina said of her vaginal print.

"Well, it's not Ding Dong!" The Christian cried.

"Well, it's not a jingle. What's the woman's name?"

"I don't know, girl, you are making up your own stuff."

When everyone walks on the runway, it is already obvious who will win and who will get lost in the bright colors. Are we going to sneak in?

This week guest judge Gigi Hadid joined the group and she helped trample some looks: namely Darren, Sabrina and Katie. She worried that Katie's fan-shaped collar looked like "craft felt", and Darren's silhouette was confusing. However, the most acrimonious comment of the night was Nina's intervention. She called Katie's clothes "chaos" and "torture", and she thought Darren's bikini bottoms were an imitation of the past. All the judges agreed that Sabrina's catsuit is a powerful idea. If the skirt and high heels are removed, this idea will be executed.

On the other hand, they like the look of Prajje, Kristina and Shantall. Prajje is a classic, Kristina's moves are the best, but Shantall won because of her clever and concise interpretation of the floral fragrance on a beautifully tailored suit.

In the end, it was Darren who faced the cutting board. Since he first started working at Project Runway, his experience has been tough, but he quickly became one of the most memorable characters because of his impromptu remarks and cheeky flirting. Of course, he refused to leave the stage without blinking at Christian: "You will see more of me," he hinted.

Next week's preview teased the return of the drama-but hopefully it won't be what Meg caused in episode 2-and the appearance of some of the fan's favorite Winter Olympic skaters. Let the game begin.
