For some, electric vehicles just aren't exciting. And while countless new models have debuted – and impressed – over the last few years, few can overshadow the certain je ne sais quoi found in traditional gas guzzlers. However, with more and more brands switching to fully electric lineups, sturdy EV options have begun to surface. Two brand-new models have especially caught our eye: the Jeep Recon and Wagoneer S. Both electric SUVs are part of Jeep’s new sub-brand – 4xe – where they join other fan favorites like the Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe. There, the Jeep Recon has made a name for itself as a truly rugged off-roader. Meanwhile, Jeep explains the ‘S’ in the Wagoneer S stands for “speed, striking and sexy.” Reservations for both vehicles will open up in early 2023, and you can find more information about both models in our full write-up here.
